Bus Pass Purchase Information for the 2025–26 School Year - School Starts on August 14, 2025
|
Families interested in bus transportation for the 2025–26 school year may purchase a bus pass now.
|
- Cost: $1,000 for the first student
- Sibling Rate: $500 per additional student in the same household
|
Bus routes and stops are created based on the addresses of students who purchase bus passes by Monday, June 30. We strongly encourage families to purchase early to benefit from a more convenient bus stop location.
Passes purchased after June 30 will only be accommodated if space is available. Students will be assigned to an existing route. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to this guideline and do not accept requests to add or modify bus stops.
|
When planning routes, First Student follows the guidelines listed below:
|
- Routes are approximately 45–60 minutes, including typical traffic conditions.
- Buses travel along major streets and stop at designated intersections—they do not enter subdivisions.
- Routes are designed to minimize street crossings near high-traffic areas or construction zones.
- Routes and stops may be adjusted due to road closures, traffic patterns, or other unforeseen factors. Any changes will be communicated by email as early as possible.
- Two students are seated per bench.
|
Final bus routes and stop locations will be posted on the District website and emailed to parents and students no later than Monday, August 11.
|
- Navigate your web browser to https://register.glenbrook225.org
- Select Current Glenbrook Parent or Student
- After accessing the system, select Optional Fees, followed by Bus Pass for 2025-26
- Add the fee to your cart
- Pay the appropriate fee by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or electronic check.
- If you are also purchasing a pass for a sibling, please log into the sibling account and select Bus Pass for 2025-26 - Sibling Rider
- Payment must be processed separately on each student account
|
If you have questions about purchasing a bus pass, please contact Alexandra Gan, District Bursar, at (847) 486-4737 or agan@glenbrook225.org.

Seniors - Don't forget to get your tickets to this year's Grad Night! The GBS parent-planned and parent-sponsored event was started several years ago to provide seniors with a fun, supervised, all-night celebration at the Lombard indoor entertainment complex Enchanted Castle on June 1, 2025. Transportation, food, and fun-filled activities in an alcohol and drug-free environment are included in the price. The Grad Night Committee raises money for this event to keep the per-student cost as low as possible.
Please help us provide a memorable and safe night by supporting the 2025 Grad Night. Purchase a ticket for your senior student or donate any amount to defray the cost for students who may not otherwise be able to afford a ticket:
|
- Log in to e~Funds for Schools.
- Under the Welcome bar, select the Pay for Optional Fees link.
- Select the student for whom you would like to pay a fee.
- Select which optional fees you would like to pay for:
- GBS Grad Night Ticket (Senior) <- Grad Night ticket for your graduating senior student
- GBS Grad Night Donation <- To assist students in need
- Click the Add to Cart button to add the optional fee to your cart.
- Click the Begin Checkout button to complete your payment.
- Credit or debit card payments attract a non-refundable surcharge
|
Students may also visit the bookstore to pay via cash, check, or credit card.
Students who qualify for aid may register online (with a credit card or bank account details stored on file) or visit the bookstore.

Volunteers Needed for Grad Night
|
The Parents Association's Grad Night committee is still looking for volunteers to help chaperone the event on June 1. Grad Night requires volunteers to help at the all-night celebration for graduating seniors held at Enchanted Castle, an indoor entertainment complex in Lombard, IL.
While the all-night aspect of this commitment may seem daunting to those of us who really like our sleep, this event is a wonderful and, more importantly, a safe celebration for our GBS Seniors. Please consider helping out. Parents of GBS students of any age or GBS alumni at least 21 years of age are welcome to chaperone. Click the button below to sign up to help.
If you have any questions, please contact us at gbsgradnight@gmail.com.
Thanks to everyone who has already volunteered, and thanks to everyone who jumps in to help with this awesome event!

Official 2026 Senior Portrait Information
|
Stuart-Rodgers Photography is the official yearbook portrait photographer for your school for the 2025–26 school year. To ensure consistency in the yearbook, only portraits taken by Stuart-Rodgers will be accepted.
Students entering their senior year should have received an email from Stuart-Rodgers Photography with details on how to schedule their appointment. Appointments are required, and we encourage families to book early—ideally during the summer—to avoid the busy fall season.
Here is how you may schedule an appointment:
|
- Go to their website, click ‘SCHEDULE ME’ and enter the student’s name and School ID to book an appointment.
- Select Your Session
- "Our goal in every session is to create an image that reflects your style and personality. We want to capture the spirit inside and not run you through a series of canned poses. We don't ask you to "smile" during a session because we want to capture it when you actually do!"
|
- August 27 - PRIMARY PHOTO DEADLINE - This is the last day to be photographed and have time to select a pose or order retouching for the yearbook.
- September 10 - YEARBOOK POSE CHANGE DEADLINE - This is the last day to select a pose and order retouching for the yearbook.
- September 20 - FINAL PHOTO DEADLINE - This is the last day to be photographed and be included in the yearbook. Stuart-Rodgers Photography staff will pick the pose for any student photographed after the primary photo deadline above
|
Go to the website, click SCHEDULE ME and enter the student's name and school ID if you are unhappy with the photos and would like to schedule a new session. Retake sessions require a photography fee and must be taken by the primary photo deadline above if you want to select one of the new photos for the yearbook. Retakes for personal use can be scheduled at any time before graduation. All dates are subject to change based on your school's publishing dates.
